(A) Kilolab & Pilot PlanKilo Lab units or Pilot are normally used to carry out process development or process simulation in the laboratory. They can also be used for low volume production of active ingredients.
With a combination of glass lined, borosilicate glass 3.3 and PTFE corrosion materials in contacts with the process fluids, complete reaction & distillation systems can be tailor- mode to suit a particular purpose or designed as a multipurpose system.
(B)Jacketed Rector Pilot Plant.
Jacketted reactors are similar to glass lined reactors with provision for heating by stream/thermic fluid through the jacket. Transprancy permits to visibility. Features like thermometer pocket, motor-driven stirrer, gas spranger etc. are incorporated as per requirement. A baffle battery consisting of 4 baffles can be mounted inside. Assemblies like Distillation Unit, Reaction Distillation Unit, Fractional Distillation Unit etc. can be installed above these reactors if required.
